Bad days, we've all been there. Some days are just gloomy; the weather brings us down, we did poorly on a test, we had a fight with someone or we're just damn bored. Other days are terrible; we feel mad a lot of the day, maybe we're depressed or upset, there doesn't seem to be smile popping on your face anytime soon. Sometimes, that feeling may last longer than we'd like; days, weeks, months. There was a week where I couldn't find the light at the end of tunnel, and I just continued to fall farther away. A good friend of mine told me a lot of great advice, but most importantly, find one thing that makes you happy. The littlest, dumbest thing that normally gets me to smile and just let it make you happy. So I did. I pulled myself out of that week I was having and got myself an iced hazelnut coffee, because I sure do love those things. While drinking that coffee, I realized I knew this advice all along, but we just don't know how to take our own advice, and we desire to hear it from others. Even in the darkest of days, there is something, someone that brings you happiness. You just have to open your mind to the light and dig out what makes you happy on any given day. What brings you delight? Listening to your favorite music, turned up really loud? What about food, do you have a sweet tooth or enjoy eating the occasional whole pizza? Maybe you love working out, and running that mile or getting buff releases everything built up inside. Movies, writing, spending time with someone you love, venting, a bath, going for a drive, screaming; something simple out there makes you happy! When you're feeling low and think there is nothing to get you out of bed, think again. Your happiness is still there, it's only buried beneath the shit. Find the happiness! Life continues to go on and so should you.

Ladies, and hopefully some gentlemen, let's get really real and honest for a few minutes. Most of you have a fantasy, a perfect situation of how you'll meet "the one." Well just stop, and in the words of Elsa, let it go. Not everyone marries their high school sweetheart or the dreamy guy/girl you locked eyes with at the office. True, it sometimes happens, but let's just take another look.
Honestly, meeting the one isn't a fairy tale or chick flick movie. It's not always cute and romantic. Maybe the story of how you met isn't the best around. Oh well, that's life. Here are 6 places/situational instances where you are more likely to meet your true love.
There you have it. Stop looking for love in the perfect place. Stop looking for love at all. Get off those dating websites. Love is hiding and will find you, good chance at one of these places! Welcome all to my blog I have just set up today! I've tried other blogging sites before, but nothing stuck. So here I am giving it another try at weebly, don't let me down please. My goal is to actually get people to read my blog, to be known for this, and to get my writings and feelings out there; potentially for a job in blogging someday! So as a favor, stay up to date with my blog and let others know it exists! If you want me to write about anything, don't be afraid to let me hear it.
I plan to use this site to share my feelings on my life and others', relationships, daily interesting topics, fashion, maybe share some photos, or really anything out there that just catches my attention. Like I said, visit me often, don't be shy. Enjoy your day and everything good about it! |
