If there's one lesson you will definitely learn in your life at some point, it's that there are people out there who have mastered the role of the "fake friend." These so called friends are good at acting like they care about you and your life, they hang out here and there, and tell you about their problems. These friends seem like any normal friend.
Then, they show their true colors and take off the mask. They disappear from your life. You need them and they are no longer there for you. You try to hang out, but regardless of both of your busy schedules, they make up excuses. They slowly fade from your life without any explanation of why. Throughout life, I have seen plenty of fake friends cross my path. Each friend, like the ones before, just continue to fade from life like they were never even there. Every time, I could not tell you why the friendship ended, or well just disappeared. Certainly not my wanting or doing. Sadly, there is not much you can do about it. These friends are people you thought were cool, people you trusted, people you wanted to spend time with and have a good laugh. They were that, but decided to move on. The person that I am, I try to save these friendships. I'm all about being friends and staying friends. If there is no reason to end it, why should you? Time and time again though, I end up being disappointed in a friendship that wasn't meant to be. So if fixing it is no longer in my future, I do my best to let it go. They must have some reason they don't want to continue the friendship and I try to respect that. As much as it irritates me that I don't understand, I just respect that it's done. Life is all about being the bigger person and moving on with your life. Dwelling on the past was never said to be a way to spend our time. So anytime I come across people like this, I simply move on from it. If there is a chance of rekindling in the future, I will take it. Otherwise, the past is the past.

I don't have stats, but I put money on a lot of America watches The Walking Dead, it is still airing right? Not everyone likes it, but many are fans.
If TWD does anything, it shows us they have no fear of killing off characters. I mean, it is an apocalypse, people need to die in order for it to seem real. Unfortunately for the fans, our favorites sometimes are the fallen. With tonight being a season finale, an hour and a half long, it is guaranteed to show up and bring everything. I predict at least one major death, new trials for the group, and many many walkers. After a major death, we gasp, yell, cry, and swear we will never watch again. Alas, we continue to watch. So why do we keep coming back for more? We love it. It's a great show, we've watched from the beginning. We are flat out dedicated fans who will watch no matter what. We may hate decisions, but we move on as the characters do. Deaths make for good episodes. Think about a favorite character dying; did you enjoy the episode? We often end up loving an episode someone we like dies in, even though we hate the death. We'll find another favorite. That's just life. We soon start to forget their important role in the show. Someone else will come along and fill the empty apocalyptic void. We like the show more. We just happen to love the show enough that a character death will not turn us away for good. We will watch and keep watching because we overall love the show. We want to know what happens. We won't know who else dies if we stop. We won't know if they find a cure. Maybe they all die. It's what we have to do to survive, Rick would say that. If you're anything like me, emotions are your best friend, but not particularly your chosen ones. You know your emotions like the back of head. Yes, I said head, you know them, you know they're there, but they can be unpredictable.
Every time you're happy, you're on top of the world, even if it's only about the fact that you have a day off work. Your happiness shines bright enough to even change another's day. Your excitement for the littlest things makes others wonder why they don't feel that excitement. "I found a dollar! It's the best day ever!" When you're sad though, you are at your lowest of lows. It's the end of everything when you are that sad. The same is for anger, you go from wimpy to the incredible hulk in 1.2 seconds. Bringing you down from the anger is quite a hard task too. So this is you, full of over active emotions. Then there's your partner, who you couldn't read if you were the highest level of reader out there. They're happy? How do you know that? Why aren't they showing it? Some people don't express emotions like us, or they lack of the emotions that we, for the most part, know so well. They are the less emotional, don't they have it so easy? Do not fear, though, for us emotional can make it work with the lesser. Believe it or not, it's kind of a balance of emotions, so there's not too much or too few emotions in a relationship. Understand you're the carrier of emotions. To survive, you must first realize that you are always going to have more emotions. You need to know that when you're both happy, you will be a little happier. During a fight, you might think you care more about fighting for the relationship. You need to remember, your emotions are taking over. Don't be ashamed. Don't feel down about having more emotions, because we know that's so easy. It's a common thing, and just because your partner may not understand at first, you have to be patient and wait for them to understand too. You can't make yourself less emotional, you were born with it. Be proud of having the ability to care so much about everything. "Cry" it out. Or just sulk. Whatever you have to do. As your partner may not feel the overflow of emotions you are overcome with, take the time to deal with your emotions. Walk away for a minute. Gather yourself, cry, think, whatever needs to happen. Give your emotions a chance to calm down and then get back to the real world. Be enough for your partner. Sometimes your partner may seem, for lack of a better word ,jealous of your emotions. They want to feel the way you do, HA who wants that, right? Remind both of you that your emotions can cover the two of you and you can share them. Want some of my happiness? Well here you go. Remember, you're not alone. You may at times feel like you're crazy, these emotions are too much for one person. There are others out there and chances are you know someone like you. Again, calm down. You're not alone. There are other couples out there experiencing the same thing. Balance is part of relationships. Having a good balance between the two of you is what is needed. If the scale is heavy on one side, things are shaky and no fun. Learning to balance what each of you bring to the table is what is going to be best for your relationship in the long run. Glasses. Aren't those for nerds? Nope not anymore.
Glasses have become more popular with this generation and they're no longer something to make fun of. Some even buy frames with fake lenses just for the sake of fashion. As you may not want to wear glasses everyday, having them as an option is a great idea. This is why it's a pretty sweet idea to be both four and two eyes. 1. They're an accessory. Yes they are used for vision correction, but they're also a fashion statement. Glasses can help pull an outfit or look together. Did you ever notice that? 2. You look more intelligent. Pretty obvious I think. For whatever unknown reason, we as people think that glasses make a person look smart and more intelligent than without them. That's always a plus if you're on the ditzy side! 3. You don't have to be blind. If you're not really a contacts person, or maybe just have slightly off vision, glasses are a cute upgrade. Who would have thought glasses improved vision? 4. Guys like a girl in glasses. It's true. Guys have a thing for glasses on girls. Want a new guy to notice you? Invest in some flashy glasses to make your face pop. He'll love it! 5. They're sexy. If you don't care what others think, try them out for you! They can upgrade you from cute to sexy just like that. 6. You feel like a new and different person. Glasses can not only make you look different, but make you feel different. They can help you feel smart, empowered, sexy. Feel like a whole new person with them! Be proud to wear glasses, it's a new time and they're in now. Got a secret, can you keep it? For five seasons of Pretty Little Liars now we have been waiting, through all the secrets, lies, and pieces of clues to find out who A really is.
We've watched theories unravel on the show. Mona and Toby are A, but wait they're just helping. Shana or Ezra possibly being A, but one is just a team member and the other researching. Holbrook and Wilden are A. Ali is definitely A. We still don't know! With the promise of a Big A reveal this Tuesday, everyone is excited and trying to figure out who A is before the show. We are all putting together bits and pieces of information so we can say I told you so! As I am still so completely lost as to who A really is, here are a top 10 of who I'm narrowing it down to one of them being A. Knowing the show though, I'm probably so off.. Oh and this is no particular order either. 1. Caleb. Caleb shows up early in the series as this really smart guy who is great with technology, hmmmm. There is a moment shared where Ali and Caleb have this look between each other. Before that moment, they had "never met" according to the show. Could they have known each other while Ali was on the run. Does he actually have a hatred toward the girls? I HOPE NOT! 2. CeCe. We've all thought her to be A. She shows up in town as an old friend of Alis, who we rarely trust, and seems quite shady. She's been on the run after killing Wilden, but has she killed others? Is she just befriending Ali to be closer to everyone. Did she feel left out when Ali was close with the 4 liars? Possible. 3. Andrew. The last few episodes, PLL has made Andrew look super creepy. We've seen this before and there's usually nothing about the character that screams A later on. With all the clues lately; he's a pathfinder, he's available 24/7 (except when the guys were being attacked of course), his sudden closeness to Aria, his not caring Mona is dead, him being outside Mona's house. Let's not forget him supplying Spencer with speed. They are stacking him up pretty good and would not be surprised if he was maybe a helper. 4. Jason. Another possibility for what seems like the whole series. Ali's brother, who she once seemed afraid of. He's always gone here and there. Didn't he fall down an elevator shaft then disappear from the hospital? Accused Ali of murder, but took it back. Slept with Hanna's mom. He has motive, we can't roll him out. 5. Toby. Yes Toby came out to be just helping A to help keep Spencer safe, but are we sure? Since when does A just let one of the girl's bfs, or current ex, be part of the team. That's a little risky and A is good. Toby also became a cop, maybe to get a little insider about the cases, for A. What about when Toby "died" for that little bit? He's Jenna's brother and she doesn't really like the liars. He also had a moment or two with Ali pre-disappearance. 6. Bethany. Do we know that she's dead? That whole night is a blur for me as much as it is everyone else. There's some sketchy stuff between Ali, her mom, and Bethany. Mrs. D was visiting Bethany a lot and apparently did something to piss her and draw pictures with her dying in them. There was the dream where Ali found two dresses and constantly lied to her father about the secret other girl. As people want to say twin theory, I say Bethany. Also, she's psycho! 7. Paige. She hated Alison. Didn't care for Emily until they dated, why? She became part of the I hate Ali club. She moved away, which I'm not seeing that. Emily told her a lot, especially when Paige wrote to the police that Ali was alive, to save her own ass? I never cared for Paige and I'd be fine if she was the ring leader. 8. Tanner. Ugh I hate Tanner. She seems just as bad as the other cops in Rosewood. She has always been after the girls, prying into everything. I don't feel the need to explain this one, she is just too scary bad cop for me. Her reasons? I have no idea, suffered in her teenage years? 9. Maya. Again, do we know that she is dead? This girl just happens to move into Ali's old house, where I'm sure Ali hid so many things. She just loves Emily, gotta have an insider. She goes away and comes back. She was being pretty sneaky there for a while. Her sleeping pills were used on Emily, really? Maya could have met Ali a long time ago, because Ali knows everyone, and she wants revenge. So she fakes her death as Ali did and she's A! 10. Total random person surprise. This is most likely, I think. They are gonna hit us hard and we're gonna be shocked. But I would think we would be sad too? So someone we know and trust, that's who A is. We are gonna be heart broken, there's no way they'd have it any other way. As other theories have mentioned, Aria is A. Sure I can see why all these people think that and they have evidence. It's just hard for me to see them actually making it one of the girls, except maybe Ali, but why would she put herself in jail? The parents and siblings of the girls have always occurred to me. They have shown some of them in a dark light and make you think the worst. Again, I can't see the story for this though. Why would they, minus Jason, go after their own family? So many theories. So many candidates. I guess we will just have to wait and cry together when we find out Tuesday! |
