Overload of negative thoughts. Always thinking the worst is going happening. Stress and anxiety. Depressing thoughts, loss of happiness. I've struggled with these things for years now. Somewhere along the way, I lost the ability to think positively. I lost a lot of the happiness I used to have. I've stressed over things not worth stressing over, and didn't stress over more logical things. With already being an overly emotional person, I had a hard time facing how I was, and still do. It's still something I'm working on. Working on yourself to become a better you is never bad thing, and it's certainly not trying to change who you are. Being happy and stress free should be how everyone feels. Stressing over small things takes work to overcome. It's so easy to jump to stressing over issues rather than overcoming them. I've been working on this issue and doing a lot better with it. Less negative thoughts, with a habit like this it's hard to break. You get into slumps and you just see the worst happening. It's almost like a habit. You sometimes have positive thoughts then realize it's negative after negative again. Practicing postive thoughts is a thing. Eventually, it will be my habit. Being happy. It can take a lot to be happy with yourself. It's just something you learn. If you think down on yourself, you have to fight back and argue that you're better than that. You're not perfect, I'm not perfect, that's your number one thought. You are perfect the way you are. Love yourself. Self love is the most important. Days will still come where the struggle is real and it's hard to love you and think positively. If you want to be a happier person, you must push through and conquer! My self love is climbing by the day. Negative thoughts no one even knew I had about silly things are becoming more positive. I'm becoming happier by the day and so much more accepting of my life and who I am. Day by day, I will grow.
